About The Position
Senior Star is hiring Dining Room Servers to provide legendary hospitality and create joyful dining experiences for residents. Servers build relationships with residents, learn their names and preferences, anticipate their needs, and help make each meal welcoming and special. The role includes keeping the dining room organized and guest-ready and supporting the team wherever needed. Shifts may include breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with weekdays and every other weekend noted. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Have a heart for service and a genuine love for people.
- Have great communication skills.
- Be able to handle a fast-paced day.
- Be willing to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
Responsibilities
- Create warm, welcoming experiences during breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
- Build relationships with residents by learning their names and usual orders.
- Anticipate residents’ needs and provide friendly, attentive service.
- Keep the dining room organized, upbeat, and ready for guests.
- Pitch in wherever needed as part of the team.
- Work special events and in multiple dining venues as opportunities arise.
