About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Dining Room Manager to join our team at The Township Senior Living in Battlefield, Missouri. This full-time position is responsible for ensuring the dining room is immaculate and that residents receive impeccable service. The role involves being a welcoming host, preparing tables and meals, maintaining cleanliness, and observing residents' dietary habits and appetite changes. We are looking for a positive, energetic individual who loves working with residents and is capable of performing the physical demands of the role.

Requirements

Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
Previous experience leading a hospitality team preferred.
Knowledge of the requirements for providing care and supervision appropriate to the residents.
Must have and maintain a food server permit as required by the county.
Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English at a minimum of 8th grade proficiency.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Must be active, requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting people after a fall.
Must be criminally cleared.
Be in good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks.
Good physical health verified by a health screening performed by a physician not more than six (6) months prior to or seven (7) days following employment.
Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening.
