About The Position

The mission of the Apple Canyon Lake Property Owners Association is to bring a superior level of service to the local community, ensuring that members and guests have a exceptional lake living experience that will not only encourage return visits, but generate excitement and, ultimately, increase pride in property ownership and property values. The Food & Beverage Team is the front line to deliver this experience, whether its through the Pro Shop, the Marina, or the Cove Dining.

Requirements

  • High school or GED

Responsibilities

  • Hire and train front-of-house staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Create shift schedules to ensure adequate coverage for peak hours and special events.
  • Conduct daily briefings to relay specials, menu changes, and VIP guest preferences.
  • Greet guests, manage reservations and floor plans, and proactively resolve customer complaints.
  • Coordinate with the Executive Chef and kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
  • Inspect the dining room prior to service to ensure cleanliness, appropriate lighting, and properly stocked supplies.
  • Monitor and replenish dining room supplies, such as silverware, linens, glassware, and condiments.
  • Generate sales summaries, track labor costs, and monitor expense reports.
  • Ensure all staff adhere to local health codes, sanitation guidelines, and facility regulations.
