About The Position

This team member maintains high standards of guest service by completing busser duties quickly, efficiently, and professionally. The role supports dining room operations by preparing and cleaning tables and service areas, transporting food, maintaining supplies, and assisting servers. The position requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as well as the ability to stand and walk for extended periods and handle objects of moderate weight.

Requirements

• Possess unexpired Food Handlers and TIPS certifications, or obtain them upon hire.
• Clearly and pleasantly communicate with guests, members, management, and co-workers in person and by telephone.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• Work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Stand and walk for an extended period or for an entire shift.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects of moderate weight without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Omni standards and scheduling needs.
• Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the proper uniform and name tag while working.
• Provide friendly, professional service to members and guests while following proper service steps.
• Wipe down service trays daily with fresh sanitizer water.
• Bus tables.
• Stock supplies and maintain a full ice supply for side stations.
• Put away product delivery items.
• Transport prepared food from the kitchen to the floor in a timely manner.
• Ensure expo food items are covered and dated, and discard expired items.
• Set tables with clean, pressed linen, china, silver, and glassware.
• Ensure furniture and floors are clean and arranged according to specifications.
• Assist servers during operating hours, including refilling guest drinks, to help meet business demands.
• Remove extra table settings.
• Inspect and clean coffee makers and urns, cappuccino machines, beverage machines, trays, dishware, silverware, and glassware.
• Maintain familiarity with menus and knowledge of beverage offerings.
• Wear gloves whenever handling food.
• Maintain knowledge of the resort property.
• Attend department meetings and required training.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
