About The Position

The Dining Attendant’s primary function is to ensure assigned areas are orderly and clean. The role serves guests and Team Members in Food and Beverage areas, including the Landing Café, Employee Cafeteria, Food Market, Gordon Ramsay, and Brew Brothers. The position maintains sanitary work areas, handles and stores inventory and supplies, and follows regulatory, company, and departmental policies and procedures. The listed job title describes the role as part-time with a varied shift.

Requirements

A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
Maintain a neat, professional appearance and excellent personal hygiene.
Be willing to learn and adaptable.
Communicate effectively with Team Members at all levels and with guests.

Responsibilities

Clear used items from tables; wipe tabletops and chairs with a damp cloth; and mop and sweep floors.
Put warehouse deliveries away in the proper storage areas in a timely manner.
Maintain a neat, safe, and sanitary work area.
Inform the Supervisor or Manager of situations that arise or require immediate attention.
Provide high-quality service to guests and Team Members.
Complete tasks, even if overtime is involved.
Receive and examine inventory and supplies to ensure quality and quantity meet established standards and specifications.
Properly maintain and store company inventory, including utensils, cookware, and machinery.
Protect company assets from waste, breakage, and theft.
Complete the daily shift checklist for verification by the leader before leaving.
Perform other duties as requested by the shift leader.
Adhere ethically to regulatory, company, and departmental policies and procedures.
