About The Position

Oshkosh Delivery is dedicated to advancing last-mile and commercial delivery through durable, efficient, and sustainable vehicles. The Digital Technology Intern provides support to end users in office and manufacturing environments and gains exposure to a range of software and hardware skills as part of an onsite support team. The role focuses on resolving incidents and completing documented, repeatable tasks. This is a summer internship with the potential to continue year-round. The intern must be willing to commute or relocate to Spartanburg, South Carolina. The schedule is 20 hours per week during the school year and 40 hours per week during winter and summer breaks.

Requirements

Be a student pursuing a degree focused on Digital or Information Technology.
Have a graduation date on or after May 2027.
Be able to work 20 hours per week during the school year and 40 hours per week during winter and summer breaks.
Have completed at least sophomore-year coursework or equivalent.
Be willing to commute or relocate to Spartanburg, South Carolina.

Nice To Haves

Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
Experience and aptitude with computer software installations and desktop or laptop hardware.
Customer service or support experience.

Responsibilities

Follow documented software installation and hardware configuration procedures.
Build troubleshooting skills by addressing incidents.
Gain exposure to the Digital Technology incident and request ticketing system.
Develop communication skills through daily interactions with end users.
Contribute to a favorable working climate through a friendly manner and cooperative attitude within the technology team.
Follow established departmental and other required procedures.
Assist others as needed to meet deadlines.
Learn to meet timelines while adhering to established standards and service levels.
Perform other duties as assigned.
