About The Position

The Digital Solutions Specialist is a field-based customer implementation and training professional who accelerates adoption and effective use of Ormco’s digital orthodontic products and workflows. The role partners with doctors, practice teams, Ormco Field Representatives, Clinical Education, Clinical Success, Customer Support, and other internal stakeholders to guide customers from commercial commitment through implementation and repeatable utilization. The position does not own the commercial sale or primary account relationship; its primary accountability is turning committed customers into activated, confident, consistently utilizing practices. After a commercial handoff, the specialist assesses practice readiness, creates a customer-specific implementation plan, delivers product and workflow training, supports initial case submissions and product use, and helps resolve early adoption barriers. The specialist provides trusted product and workflow guidance during implementation and ensures customers are prepared to integrate Ormco solutions into their practices. This field-based role includes frequent travel throughout an assigned geography, potentially including overnight travel. Compensation is listed as $73,000–$95,000. The total compensation package may also include an annual performance bonus, medical, dental, and vision benefits, a 401(k) match, and other applicable compensation plans.
