About The Position

The Digital Solutions Specialist is a field-based customer implementation and training professional responsible for accelerating adoption and effective utilization of Ormco's digital orthodontic products and workflows. The role partners with doctors, practice teams, Ormco Field Representatives, Clinical Education, Clinical Success, Customer Support, and other internal stakeholders to guide customers from commercial commitment through implementation and repeatable use. After the commercial handoff, the specialist assesses practice readiness, creates an implementation plan, delivers product and workflow training, supports initial case submissions and product use, and helps resolve early adoption barriers. The specialist is a product and workflow resource during implementation and helps customers integrate Ormco solutions into their practices. The role does not own the commercial sale or primary account relationship; its primary accountability is turning committed customers into activated, confident, consistently utilizing practices. Performance measures focus on activation and implementation outcomes rather than direct sales quotas. Responsibilities and qualifications may evolve with business needs, product portfolio changes, customer requirements, and organizational design. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals to perform the essential functions of the role.
