About The Position

The Digital Solutions Specialist is a field-based customer implementation and training professional who accelerates adoption and effective utilization of Ormco’s digital orthodontic products and workflows. The role partners with doctors, practice teams, Ormco Field Representatives, Clinical Education, Clinical Success, Customer Support, and other internal stakeholders to guide customers from commercial commitment through successful implementation and repeatable utilization. It does not own the commercial sale or primary account relationship; its primary accountability is converting committed customers into activated, confident, consistently utilizing practices. After the commercial handoff, the specialist assesses practice readiness, creates customer-specific implementation plans, delivers product and workflow training, supports initial case submissions and product use, and addresses early adoption barriers. The specialist serves as a product and workflow resource during implementation, tracks milestones and risks, and coordinates a documented transition to Clinical Success, Customer Support, or another appropriate long-term owner. This field-based role manages customer activity across an assigned geography, maintains implementation records and reports, and travels frequently, including overnight travel. Performance is focused on implementation and activation outcomes rather than direct sales quotas. Responsibilities may evolve with business needs, product changes, customer requirements, and organizational design. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals to perform the essential functions.
