About The Position

The Digital Solutions Specialist is a field-based customer implementation and training professional who accelerates adoption and effective use of Ormco’s digital orthodontic products and workflows. The role partners with doctors, practice teams, Ormco Field Representatives, Clinical Education, Clinical Success, Customer Support, and other internal stakeholders to guide customers from commercial commitment through implementation and repeatable utilization. The specialist does not own the commercial sale or primary account relationship; the main accountability is to help committed customers become activated, confident, and consistent users of Ormco solutions. After the commercial handoff, the specialist assesses practice readiness, develops customer-specific implementation plans, delivers product and workflow training, supports initial case submissions and product use, and helps resolve early adoption barriers. The specialist provides product and workflow guidance throughout implementation, tracks milestones and issues, and coordinates a documented handoff to the appropriate ongoing support owner. The position manages customer activity across an assigned geography, frequently travels—including overnight travel—and documents implementation activities and outcomes in designated systems. Performance is measured by implementation and activation outcomes, such as onboarding progress, time to first use, milestone completion, utilization, customer satisfaction, and successful transitions to ongoing support, rather than direct sales quotas. The salary range is $73,000–$95,000. The total compensation package may also include an annual performance bonus, medical, dental, and vision benefits, a 401(k) match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.

  • Support initial case submissions, approvals, and early product utilization as appropriate to the product and role boundaries.
  • Monitor implementation progress, proactively address delays and barriers, and provide hands-on coaching during early implementation.
  • Confirm activation and implementation criteria have been met and coordinate a clear, documented handoff to Clinical Success, Customer Support, or another appropriate long-term owner.
  • Serve as a regional subject-matter resource for Ormco digital orthodontic products and associated practice workflows.
