About The Position

RLG is hiring a Digital Solutions Developer to join an implementation team supporting integrated planning and scheduling for a major upstream oil and gas operator. The role focuses on converting manual, spreadsheet-heavy processes into practical digital tools, delivering a minimum viable product the client can use immediately, and transferring completed solutions to the client's IT and data teams. The position is based in Houston, Texas, and is a 4–6-month contract with potential for extension. The developer will work with RLG coaches and the client's planners and engineers to understand existing processes and translate business needs into technical requirements. The work includes building dashboards, reports, applications, data models, and AI agents; integrating data from multiple sources; and supporting data engineering work. The developer will also stabilize existing tools and spreadsheets, validate AI-assisted outputs against source data, and document and walk through finished solutions during handoff. Between client scopes, the role may involve building digital tools for RLG's own teams.
