About The Position

The Digital Solution Advisor (dSA) is a customer-facing role responsible for mapping product capabilities to prospect requirements, supporting value messaging, and articulating how SAP uniquely delivers desired outcomes, with a specialization in digital sales techniques. DSAs act as domain experts and spokespersons for designated solution or product segments, integrating SAP knowledge with modern digital sales methodologies to effectively communicate product value and facilitate tailored solutions proposals for clients.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional work experience with large software/IT organizations, preferably in a solution and/or architecture advisory role
  • 2-4 years of relevant SAP BTP and/or Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) experience in a customer-facing role
  • Expertise with Business Data Cloud (BDC) and related components (Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Databricks)
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing, data orchestration, and analytics industry trends
  • Proven ability to present to all levels in a customer’s organization
  • Viewed as a solution expert and trusted advisor with a track record of success
  • Strong executive presence and storytelling skills

Nice To Haves

  • Functional knowledge of S/4HANA applications and/or optimization of business processes that leverage SAP BDC is desired

  • Execute and craft presentations to communicate the distinct advantages of SAP solutions.
  • Collaborate with VAT teams to weave customer pain points into innovative narratives, highlighting SAP's solution differentiators.
  • Utilize reusable digital assets to optimize for volume and efficiency in no-touch/low-touch transaction methods.
  • Drive discussions with potential clients to ensure SAP's offerings align with their unique requirements.
  • Leverage expert knowledge of SAP solutions and customer success stories to build credibility.
  • Ensure impactful remote presentations using cutting-edge virtual tools.
  • Provide vital support in RFx completion.
  • Ensure clients transition smoothly post-sale.
  • Craft holistic narratives for pivotal events and key presentations.
  • Play a pivotal role in demand generation by leading webinars and aligning with Marketing and Demand Generation teams.
  • Shape the demand generation narrative, ensuring campaigns and content underscore unique selling propositions and address target market challenges.
  • Curate and innovate digital content for customer-facing situations, aligning content with advanced solution insights and market trends.
