About The Position

The Digital Solution Advisor (dSA) is a customer-facing role responsible for mapping product capabilities to the requirements of prospects to support value messaging and articulate how SAP is uniquely positioned to deliver their desired outcomes, with a specialization in digital sales techniques. DSAs serve as domain experts and spokespersons for designated solutions or product segments. They are responsible for integrating SAP knowledge with modern digital sales methodologies, ensuring effective communication of product value and facilitating tailored solutions proposals for clients. This role is part of the SAP Digital Hub team, focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences in a scalable, fast, and personalized fashion, and shaping the future of digital transformation.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in two or more of the following finance domains: General Ledger accounting, Finance operations (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Treasury), Financial close & Consolidations, Global Tax, and Governance, Risk and Compliance, Project & management accounting.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required (ideally with focus on Accounting or Finance).
  • 2+ years of experience across one or more of the following environments: Public Accounting, Corporate finance or controllership, SAP or ERP implementation consulting, Presales or solution advisory.
  • Understanding of finance processes, including record-to-report, order-to-cash, and procure-to-pay.
  • Storytelling skills, with the ability to translate finance processes into business outcomes and customer value.
  • Experience working with SAP ERP solutions (SAP S/4HANA or SAP Cloud ERP preferred) or comparable enterprise cloud ERP platforms.
  • Familiarity with digital finance transformation initiatives, including automation, analytics, and cloud adoption.

Nice To Haves

  • Practical exposure to AI-enabled business processes, advanced analytics, or automation tools within finance or ERP environments is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., copilots, AI assistants, or conversational analytics) used to enhance finance workflows, reporting, customer interactions, or job process efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and craft presentations that communicate the distinct advantages of SAP solutions.
  • Collaborate with VAT teams to weave customer pain points into innovative narratives, highlighting SAP's solution differentiators.
  • Utilize reusable digital assets to optimize for volume and efficiency in no-touch/low-touch transaction methods.
  • Drive discussions with potential clients, ensuring SAP's offerings align with their unique requirements.
  • Provide vital support in RFx completion.
  • Ensure clients transition smoothly post-sale.
  • Craft holistic narratives for pivotal events and key presentations.
  • Enhance and refine content that speaks directly to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with Demand Generation & Marketing teams to craft targeted content that resonates with the needs and aspirations of the audience.
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of digital content tailored for customer-facing scenarios.
  • Incorporate intermediate-level insights and product nuances to enhance the depth and relevance of content.
