About The Position

The Digital Solution Advisor (dSA) is a customer-facing role that maps product capabilities to the requirements of prospects to support value messaging and articulation of how SAP is uniquely positioned to deliver their desired outcomes, with a specialization in the nuances of digital sales techniques. DSAs serve as domain experts and spokespersons for a designated solution or product Line of Business. DSAs are responsible for integrating SAP knowledge with modern digital sales methodologies, ensuring effective communication of product value and facilitating tailored solutions proposals for clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required.
  • Experience in pre-sales or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of crafting and delivering compelling product demonstrations.
  • Demonstrate handling technical objections.
  • Demonstrate collaborating effectively with sales and technical teams.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or equivalent degree from accredited university preferred.
  • Experience as an HR business partner familiar with HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SAP HCM product suite and the broader industry landscape is highly desired, either from implementation or user perspective.
  • Experience in complex sales cycles, fostering innovation in presales methodologies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives is highly desired.
  • Exposure to conducting workshops, webinars, and training sessions would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Executing and crafting presentations to communicate the distinct advantages of SAP solutions.
  • Collaborating with VAT teams to weave customer pain points into innovative narratives, highlighting SAP's solution differentiators.
  • Creating and utilizing reusable digital assets to optimize for volume and efficiency in no-touch/low-touch transaction methods.
  • Driving discovery and discussions with potential clients, ensuring SAP's offerings align with their unique requirements.
  • Providing expert knowledge of SAP solutions, backed by relevant customer success stories.
  • Ensuring impactful remote presentations using cutting-edge virtual tools.
  • Providing vital support in RFx completion.
  • Ensuring clients transition smoothly post-sale.
  • Crafting holistic narratives for pivotal events and key presentations.
  • Leading webinars and aligning with Marketing and Demand Generation teams.
  • Moulding the demand generation narrative, ensuring every campaign and content piece underscores SAP’s unique selling propositions and addresses core challenges of the target market.
  • Curating and innovating digital content for customer-facing situations.
  • Aligning content with advanced solution insights and market trends.
  • Learning, teaching, and mentoring.
  • Serving as a go-to person in their domain, including collaborating with product and solution teams.
