About The Position

The Digital Solution Advisor (dSA) is a customer-facing role that maps product capabilities to the requirements of prospects to support value messaging and articulate how SAP is uniquely positioned to deliver their desired outcomes, with a specialization in the nuances of digital sales techniques. DSAs serve as domain experts and spokespersons for designated solution or product segments. DSAs are responsible for integrating SAP knowledge with modern digital sales methodologies, ensuring effective communication of product value and facilitating tailored solutions proposals for clients. This role requires the candidate to work 3 days a week in the Alpharetta, Georgia office.

Requirements

  • Specialist in Sustainability and Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) with experience in industrial/corporate sustainability practices and reporting, industrial and corporate EH&S practices and reporting, incident management, operational risk management, occupational health, and management of change (MOC).
  • 5+ years of relevant presales AND/OR operational and corporate sustainability/EH&S experience.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) required.
  • SAP S/4HANA Cloud, public edition and/or SAP S/4HANA private edition ERP solution knowledge (or competing solution).
  • Distinguished combination of digital proficiency, technical acumen, and seasoned customer engagement expertise.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in supply chain operations with a focus on sustainability management and reporting, and environmental health and safety.
  • Demonstrated history of leveraging digital tools and methodologies to drive sales and client engagement.

  • MBA or equivalent degree from an accredited university preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Executing and crafting presentations to communicate the distinct advantages of SAP solutions.
  • Collaborating with VAT teams to weave customer pain points into innovative narratives, highlighting SAP's solution differentiators.
  • Utilizing reusable digital assets to optimize for volume and efficiency in no-touch/low-touch transaction methods.
  • Driving discussions with potential clients to ensure SAP's offerings align with their unique requirements.
  • Leveraging expert knowledge of SAP solutions and customer success stories to build credibility.
  • Ensuring impactful remote presentations using cutting-edge virtual tools.
  • Providing vital support in RFx completion.
  • Ensuring clients transition smoothly post-sale.
  • Crafting holistic narratives for pivotal events and key presentations.
  • Playing a pivotal role in demand generation efforts, including leading webinars.
  • Aligning with Marketing and Demand Generation teams to define strategic messages.
  • Moulding the demand generation narrative to ensure campaigns and content underscore unique selling propositions and address core market challenges.
  • Contributing to the development and refinement of digital content tailored for customer-facing scenarios.
  • Incorporating expert-level insights and product nuances to enhance content depth and relevance.
  • Teaching and mentoring, serving as a go-to person in the domain.
  • Collaborating with product and solution teams.
