About The Position

Townsquare Interactive is hiring a Digital Sales Representative for an in-office role at its Downtown Phoenix office. The position offers hands-on coaching and a structured training program to develop sales skills and knowledge of digital marketing. Representatives introduce small and medium-sized businesses to Townsquare’s digital marketing and business management solutions, including website design, SEO, social media, and reputation management. The role focuses on acquiring new clients rather than managing existing accounts.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills.
• Grit and determination, with enthusiasm for putting in the work.
• No sales experience is required.
• Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Learn the sales process through hands-on training and live coaching.
• Make outbound calls to small business owners and introduce them to the digital marketing platform.
• Discover client needs and tailor solutions to drive results.
• Conduct virtual demonstrations and close new business.
• Focus on new client acquisition; account management is not part of the role.
