About The Position

The Digital Sales Representative is responsible for converting inbound digital leads into customers by delivering a fast, seamless, and consultative buying experience. This role serves as the first point of contact for customers who engage with Mobile Box through our website and other digital channels. Success in this role is driven by rapid response times, consistent follow-up, strong product knowledge, and the ability to guide customers through the sales process while delivering an exceptional customer experience. The Digital Sales Representative manages the entire customer journey—from initial inquiry through quote, order placement, and ongoing communication—while maintaining accurate customer data in the CRM. This individual thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, self-motivated, and passionate about helping customers find the right solution.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to all inbound web and digital inquiries with urgency to maximize lead conversion.
  • Qualify customer needs and recommend the best rental solutions based on project requirements.
  • Prepare quotes, follow up consistently, and convert opportunities into completed orders.
  • Manage a high volume of inbound digital leads while maintaining exceptional response times and customer satisfaction.
  • Own the customer journey from initial inquiry through order completion, ensuring a seamless experience at every touchpoint.
  • Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding pricing, availability, delivery, and order status.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services when appropriate.
  • Monitor open opportunities and execute consistent follow-up to maximize conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Dispatch, and Business Development Managers to ensure exceptional execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and complete customer information, activities, and opportunities within the CRM.
  • Follow established sales processes, response standards, and CRM best practices.
  • Stay informed on company products, pricing, promotions, and industry trends.
  • Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the Company's Core Values at all times.
  • Maintains a safe work environment.
