About The Position

ADP is hiring an Inbound Digital Sales Associate. This role involves selling ADP solutions, including payroll, tax, HR, and benefits, to new and existing clients using the latest digital technology. You will act as a consultative business partner, introducing ADP's leading solutions to various decision-makers at companies of all sizes. The role offers expert guidance, opportunities to build your book of business, and high-quality sales training focused on using the latest technology. Initially, leaders will provide daily goals for dials, talk-time, and appointments set. As you progress, you will experience autonomy, flexibility in your daily schedule, work-life balance with a set Monday-Friday schedule (no weekends), and virtual appointments without travel requirements. The position also offers uncapped commission, incentive trips, and promotional opportunities within a stable and respected tech company.

Requirements

  • Acumen using new tools: Quick learner with new tools and technology, leveraging insights and real-time data to assist clients and prospects.
  • Positive self-starter: Upbeat, persistent style with the ability to make proactive, strategic outreach without fear of rejection. Ability to manage time and present ideas clearly and professionally, leveraging go-to-market technology.
  • Continuous learner: Always learning, growing, and questioning past practices to improve.
  • Two or more years of previous sales experience or completion of a sales internship.
  • Military experience (skills including teamwork, resilience, negotiation, and trust-building are beneficial).

Responsibilities

  • Grow business by working independently and collaboratively to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals within an assigned geography.
  • Turn prospects into loyal clients by implementing a sales strategy targeted to decision makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
  • Deepen relationships by strategically cultivating additional business within existing accounts, in addition to selling cloud-based HR solutions.
  • Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the overall network, demonstrating grace under pressure and high ethical standards.
