About The Position

The Digital Sales Representative will be responsible for generating outbound business opportunities for G-P’s Meridian Suite of EOR solutions and driving direct sales of G-P’s Meridian Contractor product through various digital channels. In this role you will focus on engaging with net new potential customers to better understand their needs, and offer appropriate products and services to meet their requirements. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy, results-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in outbound digital sales or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of outbound sales strategies and techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Familiarity with online advertising and digital marketing trends.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect for potential new customers in an exclusively outbound sales motion.
  • Identify and target potential customers through online channels, including social media, email, and other digital platforms.
  • Develop and implement effective digital sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct virtual sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase our products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other cross functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
