About The Position

ADP is hiring a Digital Sales Associate. This role involves selling ADP solutions, including payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits, to new and existing clients using the latest digital technology. The associate will act as a consultative business partner, introducing ADP's solutions to various client stakeholders, from Fortune 100 organizations to small businesses. The role emphasizes providing expert guidance, building a book of business, and utilizing high-quality sales training and the latest technology. The position offers a set Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends, virtual appointments, and no travel requirements. It also includes uncapped commission, incentive trips, and promotional opportunities within a stable and respected tech company.

Requirements

  • Ability to leverage insights and real-time data to assist clients and prospects.
  • Positive, persistent, and proactive self-starter with the ability to make strategic outreach without fear of rejection.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and present ideas clearly and professionally.
  • Leverage go-to-market technology throughout the sales process.
  • Continuous learner, always seeking to improve processes.
  • Two or more years of previous sales experience or completion of a sales internship.
  • Military experience (skills include teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a never lose mentality).

Responsibilities

  • Grow business by closing sales, winning business, and reaching sales goals independently and collaboratively within assigned geography.
  • Implement a sales strategy targeting decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
  • Strategically cultivate additional business within existing accounts by selling cloud-based human resources solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the overall network, demonstrating grace under pressure and high ethical standards.
