Alliance Catholic Credit Union is seeking an exceptional and experienced Digital Sales Representative who thrives in a well-organized, fast-paced, and multi-task driven environment. This position will report directly to the Digital Sales Manager at our Admin location. The ideal candidate will perform member service duties such as fielding inbound inquiries with current members, consulting and providing accurate and updated information on credit union products and services. They will advocate new loan promotions, products and services, and communicate to interested members services not currently being used in effort to improve their financial well-being. They will also open, close, and assist members with various types of accounts and loan products, performing the necessary data entry required and verify new account information accuracy. The role involves originating consumer loan applications, ordering credit reports, determining value of collateral, analyzing information, and verifying information with creditors, applicant, and employers.
