About The Position

Connoisseur Media is seeking a Dynamic, Results-Driven Digital Sales Manager for its North Dallas and Amarillo locations, based in McKinney, TX. The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional who excels at acquiring new business, achieving goals, and helping clients grow through effective digital strategies. This role involves collaborating with local businesses to create data-driven marketing solutions using digital tools such as website design, social media, search engine marketing, search engine and generative engine optimization, and programmatic advertising. The position is for a creative closer with a proven history of exceeding revenue goals, building client relationships, and delivering results through innovative thinking.

Requirements

A demonstrated experience in digital media.
A minimum of three years of digital sales experience.
A proven track record of delivering strong and consistent digital sales growth while consistently exceeding revenue targets.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing culture and environment.
Stress tolerance, especially with tight deadlines and financial pressures.

Responsibilities

Generating new streams of digital revenue by engaging with our sales staff to target key accounts and verticals.
Customizing digital solutions that meet the client’s key marketing objectives.
Assist Account Executives in creating digital media plans and proposals for advertisers based on their unique targets and goals.
Monitoring client campaigns to ensure maximum effectiveness.
Embracing company initiatives and utilizing the tools provided to succeed.
Lead training sessions in sales meetings
Ensuring attainment of monthly, quarterly, and annual budget goals.
