Requirements

Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a banking or financial services environment
- Familiarity with digital banking platforms, ACH, wires, and card services
Responsibilities
- Investigate and process debit card disputes in accordance with Regulation E and VISA rules
- Support ACH and wire transfer operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Assist with money movement activities across various banking platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service workflows
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions and disputes
- Stay current on relevant banking regulations and internal policies
