We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Digital & Payment Specialist to join our team in Quincy, IL. You’ll play a key role in supporting our card services and money movement functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent service delivery.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a banking or financial services environment
  • Familiarity with digital banking platforms, ACH, wires, and card services

Responsibilities

  • Investigate and process debit card disputes in accordance with Regulation E and VISA rules
  • Support ACH and wire transfer operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing
  • Assist with money movement activities across various banking platforms
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service workflows
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions and disputes
  • Stay current on relevant banking regulations and internal policies
