About The Position

The Digital Merchandising Assistant keeps online product information organized and current using approved materials. This remote role supports TurfCasa, whose office is in Lakeway, Texas, and coordinates with on-site fulfillment teams. The position does not involve physical warehouse, delivery, installation, or facilities work. U.S.-based remote applicants are welcome; employment eligibility for the applicant’s work location must be confirmed during hiring.

The primary opening is full-time, though part-time candidates may be considered depending on staffing needs. Entry-level applicants are welcome, and paid training is provided. Base pay is $20.50–$24.75 per hour, with starting pay in that range depending on relevant skills and experience.

Requirements

• Careful proofreading.
• Comfort learning content-entry tools.
• Comfort learning remote collaboration tools, communicating with on-site teammates, and following approved processes.

Responsibilities

• Update product listings, descriptions, and supplied images using approved templates.
• Coordinate product details and availability checks with fulfillment and sales.
• Flag inconsistent listing information and route changes for approval.
