About The Position

Edward Rose & Sons is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team in Carmel, IN. This role is responsible for driving the execution of strategic marketing initiatives that elevate brand presence, increase engagement, and optimize performance across all channels. The position leverages digital platforms, emerging technologies, and creative storytelling to deliver compelling, on-brand experiences. Areas of focus may include digital marketing, social media, and multimedia content, aligned with evolving business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in web development, marketing or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience using Yardi Voyager or related property management software is preferred.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Ability to be organized, detail-oriented, and to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work cooperatively and respectfully with others.
  • Must possess exceptional organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to balance and prioritize simultaneous projects and tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Must present the ability to execute job duties under stressful circumstances such as last-minute deadlines or other difficult situations.
  • Maintains a high level of confidentiality.
  • Should consistently demonstrate behaviors that align with the company’s Mission, Vision, and Values, and perform in accordance with the standards outlined in our Performance Pillars.
  • Must be willing to travel to various locations via private or public air transportation and locations within driving distance via car multiple times a month, including overnight trips.
  • Regular attendance, work ethic and strong interpersonal skills are required for success in this position.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development and design of community websites, providing guidance, training and support across portfolios, including optimization and strategic enhancements to improve SEO, user experience, and visual impact
  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, ILS platforms, PPC, influencer partnerships, and video channels
  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
  • Manage AI-driven communication tools, including dialogue refinement, site functionality, and system integrations
  • Utilize AI tools to streamline content creation, design execution, and light coding enhancement
  • Partner with construction and development teams to produce high-quality visual assets, including renderings, site maps, and 3D floor plans
  • Develop and elevate creative content for digital campaigns, social media, and email marketing
  • Support the creation of compelling, conversion-focused copy for community marketing efforts
  • Ensure all digital content reflects accurate information, current pricing, and premium visual standards
  • Oversee CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) reviews across all platforms, ensuring timely, thoughtful, and brand-aligned responses
  • Analyze customer feedback and sentiment trends to identify opportunities for experience and service enhancements
  • Collaborate with onsite teams to proactively address concerns and strengthen overall brand reputation
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing budgets and investment strategies with the Director of Marketing and Regional Property Managers
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration and support company-wide initiatives to ensure alignment across portfolios
  • Work closely with operations, IT & A|E|C to support marketing efforts
  • Analyze CSAT performance and integrate insights into monthly reporting and strategic recommendations
  • Monitor website performance through analytics platforms, identifying trends and optimization opportunities
  • Evaluate ILS performance to guide budget allocation and maximize ROI
  • Support award submissions and coordinate supporting marketing assets, including video content
  • Deliver quarterly social media training for leasing teams via webinar or in-person sessions
  • Lead training sessions on web development for marketing specialist throughout enterprise portfolios
  • Support ongoing development of sales and marketing training materials to enhance team performance
