About The Position

Reporting to the VP Marketing and based out of the Denver office, the Digital Marketing Manager cleans up, optimizes, and scales the organization's digital footprint. This position is a "builder and a scaler"—equally comfortable setting full-funnel demand generation strategies and rolling up sleeves to audit data, builds workflows, and manages day-to-day campaign execution.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in building and maintaining end-to-end attribution frameworks using Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking scripts.
  • Ability to write and optimize high-converting messaging across digital touchpoints, with comfort leveraging AI tools to accelerate asset creation and reporting.
  • Comfortable operating across the entire digital stack, including light technical execution (CMS/WordPress updates, form integrations, tracking embeds).
  • Proficient in standard office software such as MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Email programs, and internet browsers.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and/or Illustrator, is required.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to work within specified deadlines.
  • Rely on performance data to make decisions, but you move quickly and don't wait for perfect direction to take action.
  • Easily translate complex marketing data (clicks and impressions) into clear business impacts (leads, contracts, and revenue) for executive leadership.

Nice To Haves

  • Canva experience is highly desired.
  • Familiarity with residential homebuilding, real estate, or complex multi-step consumer decision journeys.

  • Audits, cleans up, and manages the core marketing tech stack and CRM data quality (Salesforce/HubSpot alignment). Establishes robust lead scoring, automation workflows, and lifecycle nurture sequences.
  • Drives organic customer acquisition through technical SEO, content optimization, and emerging Generative Engine Optimization (GEO/AI search visibility).
  • Partners closely with Sales, Online Sales Counselors (OSCs), and Marketing leadership to improve MQL-to-SQL conversion rates and translate buyer intent signals into coordinated outreach.
