iLoveToCreate (iLTC) is home to some of the most beloved craft brands in the world -- Tulip, Aleene's, Puffy, and more. We make the products that show up in classrooms, on runways, and in TikTok videos. Our brands have been part of people's creative lives for decades, and we're building the team to take them into the next chapter. iLTC is looking for a digitally-minded marketer who knows how to drive revenue across owned channels and isn't afraid to get into the data to figure out why something is or isn't working. As Digital Marketing Manager, you own the commercial engine, DTC paid media, email, SMS, loyalty, affiliate, and site performance, and you're accountable for the numbers. You'll work closely with our Integrated Marketing Manager on campaign timing and messaging, and with our Creative Director on assets. But when it comes to channel performance and revenue, the buck stops with you. This is a player-coach role, you'll manage a small team while staying hands-on with execution.
