About The Position

We are looking for a bright, ambitious, hard-working digital marketer early in their career who wants to grow into a senior marketing leader over time. This role is designed for someone with strong fundamentals, curiosity, initiative, and the drive to learn rapidly across modern B2B marketing disciplines. You will work directly with senior marketing leadership on strategic initiatives spanning digital marketing, SEO/GEO, content, partner marketing, thought leadership, AI search visibility, and marketing automation. You will gain exposure to executive-level strategy while also developing deep hands-on expertise. For the right person, this role has significant long-term growth potential, including a path toward senior leadership within Datavail's marketing organization.

Requirements

  • 2 -6 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, content marketing, partner marketing, or marketing operations
  • Experience with Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, Salesforce (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms a bonus, but not necessary)
  • Experience with Webflow or a similar web platform and built in analytics
  • Experience with GA4, Google Ads and Google Search Console
  • Experience developing reporting in Looker Studio
  • Working knowledge of HTML and JavaScript
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals and curiosity about AI-driven search evolution
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Interest in enterprise technology, cloud, data, analytics, AI, or IT services
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment
  • Desire to continuously learn and take on increasing responsibility

Responsibilities

  • Support integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels
  • Build and optimize landing pages, forms, nurture flows, and email campaigns
  • Help execute account-based marketing (ABM) and demand generation programs
  • Track campaign performance and contribute recommendations for optimization
  • Assist with webinar, event, and virtual campaign promotion
  • Support SEO strategy and content optimization initiatives
  • Help evolve Datavail's presence within emerging AI-driven search experiences (GEO/AEO)
  • Research keywords, search intent, competitive positioning, and content opportunities
  • Assist with structured content development designed for both human buyers and AI discovery
  • Monitor trends around AI search, LLM visibility, Reddit/Quora engagement, and answer engine optimization
  • Support joint marketing initiatives with strategic partners including AWS, Microsoft, Oracle, Databricks and others
  • Coordinate co-branded campaigns, webinars, marketplace promotions, and MDF-related activities
  • Help align messaging and campaigns with partner priorities and technologies
  • Help identify, test, and implement Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions across Datavail's marketing organization
  • Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools, platforms, and best practices to improve marketing effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability
  • Leverage AI to accelerate content creation, campaign development, audience research, personalization, SEO/GEO optimization, and performance analysis
  • Partner with Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales, and Technology teams to automate workflows and eliminate manual processes where appropriate
  • Assist in the development of AI-powered marketing agents that can support content generation, campaign execution, asset discovery, reporting, and other marketing functions
  • Help establish repeatable AI-enabled marketing processes and document best practices for broader team adoption
  • Stay current on developments in Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI-driven search, and emerging marketing technologies, bringing new ideas and experimentation opportunities to the organization
  • Contribute to Datavail's vision of becoming an AI-forward organization and a recognized leader in helping clients leverage data and AI to drive business outcomes
  • Work within Salesforce and Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement)
  • Build and maintain campaign workflows, lists, forms, emails and reporting
  • Help improve lead management, attribution, and campaign tracking
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights tied to pipeline and revenue outcomes
