About The Position

The Digital Marketing Manager executes and optimizes key demand channels, serving as the bridge between hands ‑ on campaign execution and strategic demand leadership. This role owns performance optimization within assigned channels and drives pipeline outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in B2B demand generation, digital marketing, or growth roles
  • Proven ability to optimize campaigns and improve conversion metrics
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot required)
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with performance data
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Experience using AI tools in the workplace to improve content quality, streamline workflows, and optimize execution efficiency across marketing operations and communications

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with webinars, events, and multi ‑ channel campaigns
  • Familiarity with lead scoring, attribution models, or funnel reporting
  • Experience working in longer or more complex sales cycles

Responsibilities

  • Own execution and optimization of assigned demand channels (email, webinars, website conversion, digital campaigns)
  • Analyze channel performance and implement testing and optimization plans
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to improve lead quality and conversion rates
  • Support campaign planning and execution for integrated demand initiatives
  • Maintain accurate data, reporting, and performance insights for assigned programs
