Nazdar is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to join our corporate marketing team in Shawnee, KS. This hybrid role owns the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of our digital marketing programs with a clear focus on lead generation, customer acquisition, and measurable revenue impact. You will manage paid search and shopping programs, strengthen SEO and generative search visibility, improve website conversion performance, and help build lead generation content and email campaigns that move prospects through the funnel. You will partner closely with Sales, Product Management, and our creative team to align messaging and campaigns to key growth areas, and you will provide day-to-day direction, coaching, and quality review for team members supporting our digital programs, and coordinate with outside partners as needed. What you will own Digital acquisition strategy across SEO, SEM, GEO, paid search, and shopping programs Day-to-day performance management, testing, and optimization to improve CAC and ROAS Keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and link building to grow organic visibility and AI-driven search presence Lead generation campaign planning, including email campaigns and gated content offers such as white papers, guides, webinars, and product-focused resources Performance reporting and insights that guide channel decisions and budget allocation, plus team workflow ownership, including prioritization, timelines, and quality standards for digital campaign execution Cross-functional alignment with Sales and Product Management on campaign priorities, messaging, and growth targets
