About the position
The job overview for this Digital Marketing Manager position at ADVANCE.AI involves leading the digital efforts in lead generation and customer acquisition across all owned and paid digital channels. The ideal candidate will have deep domain experience across paid platforms, tools, and ad technologies, as well as copywriting and creative thinking skills. The main responsibilities include developing strategic acquisition and retention marketing plans, monitoring and analyzing KPIs, and continuously testing and optimizing new channels and content strategies to increase conversion. The candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in enterprise SaaS, and be proficient in various digital marketing tools and platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic acquisition and retention marketing plans to drive growth and maximize immediate and long-term ROI, including every stage of a marketing campaign, including conception, execution, tracking, and reporting
- Be responsible and accountable for growing leads and pipeline via Paid Search, Paid Social, Display and Video campaigns for the focus markets. Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs and reconcile discrepancies.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on KPIs to ensure marketing initiatives are driving acquisition
- Continuously test and optimize new channels, audiences, and content strategies to increase conversion
- Day-to-day management of online and offline campaigns across channels. These include paid social, paid search, content, organic, referral, email, direct mail, podcasts, affiliate, and video
- Creative direction and basic copywriting for digital assets to be used for paid and owned digital marketing
- Produce regular reports on the performance of key metrics which are aligned to overall business KPIs, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
- 8 years+ experience in digital marketing, preferably in enterprise SaaS
- Expert level proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Linkedin Ads, Facebook / Instagram Ads, Facebook Business Manager, YouTube Ads.
- A track record of designing and delivering high-performing B2B lead generation strategies across the full range of digital channels including email, social media, paid media, content and SEO.
- Familiar and able to use Marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot, including workflows, forms, landing pages and reporting and lead scoring.
- Able to manage event database management and reporting, including using HubSpot.
- Knowledge of marketing channel attribution models
- Advantage in having experience in running virtual events, including webinars, to generate and nurture leads.
- Experience of managing third party companies and suppliers during projects, ensuring delivery on time and on budget.
- Practical know-how and implementation in project management and budgeting.
- Working knowledge and experience in event coordination and management.
- Language proficiency: English at a professional level, and Mandarin would be an advantage.
