About the position
Veruna, Inc. is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Leader to join their rapidly growing company. In this role, the individual will be responsible for driving B2B marketing activities, developing and executing integrated marketing strategies, and building strong partnerships with product and sales teams. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of marketing automation, measurements, and analytics. They will play a crucial role in increasing brand awareness, driving engagement, and delivering measurable business results through omnichannel campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Partner with company leadership, sales, and product to refine Veruna's Digital Marketing Strategy.
- Become an expert in understanding the dynamics of the insurance industry and Veruna's relevance.
- Develop a deep understanding of our target market (prospects and customers) and their motivations.
- Drive Veruna's brand awareness and articulate our value proposition to the industry.
- Responsible for marketing budget and on-time delivery.
- Manage digital marketing including paid advertising, organic and paid social to drive leads.
- Devise strategies to increase brand awareness and drive digital traffic to website, social media, and other digital platforms.
- Build an annual roadmap of marketing activities, digital campaigns, email communications, digital ads, etc.
- Develop and test new concepts to drive performance and meet KPI objectives.
- Collaborate with others to ideate and develop new media and digital content that complements Veruna messaging and program initiatives.
- Create high-quality and engaging content aligned with Veruna's vision. Experience in developing various types of content such as eBooks, infographics, blogs, videos, press releases, and sales support content (PowerPoint), etc.
- Ownership, optimization, and maintenance of the company's marketing technology stack.
Requirements
- Experience in digital marketing and B2B marketing activities
- Knowledge of marketing automation, measurements, and analytics
- Ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of the insurance industry and target market
- Expertise in driving brand awareness and articulating value proposition
- Proficiency in managing digital marketing including paid advertising and social media
- Skills in devising strategies to increase brand awareness and drive digital traffic
- Experience in developing various types of content such as eBooks, infographics, blogs, videos, press releases, and sales support content
- Ownership, optimization, and maintenance of marketing technology stack
- Ability to define, execute, and lead successful marketing strategies for B2B SaaS on third-party platforms
- Exceptional communication, writing, and storytelling skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Intellectual curiosity and understanding of consumer behavior and the insurance landscape.

- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Marketing
- Proven success in driving growth and business results
- Proficiency with HubSpot and email content best practices
- Experience with Salesforce monitoring marketing and sales performance
- Budget management skills
- Opportunity to learn about the P&C Insurance industry
- Master's degree in a related discipline is a plus
