Digital Marketing Manager

Gong is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to drive pipeline and revenue through paid social advertising. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a full-funnel paid social strategy to generate leads, MQLs, and pipeline. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies, ensuring the creation of impactful ad experiences that align with the company's goal of creating "wow" moments for customers. They will also be responsible for analyzing data and providing recommendations to optimize advertising performance. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of digital advertising experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to tie advertising spend to sales pipeline results.

• Lead a full funnel paid social strategy for the revenue intelligence platform
• Drive towards demand generation goals by creating digital advertising to drive leads, MQLs, and pipeline
• Create "wow" moments across all touchpoints of the customer journey (ads, landing pages, etc.)
• Manage external contractors and agencies as relevant
• Manage priorities, develop effective processes, and drive cross-functional initiatives
• Present monthly and quarterly paid social reports and provide recommendations based on data-backed insights and qualitative feedback
• Contribute to the team's main goal of maximizing qualified opportunities and building the brand

• At least 3 years of digital advertising experience, ideally for a SaaS or B2B business.
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable presenting in executive-level settings.
• Ability to tie advertising spend & performance to sales pipeline results.
• Deep experience with ad platforms such as LinkedIn.
