About The Position

You will join an established marketing operation with an experienced team and will be managing all digital marketing activities. This includes SEM/SEO, social media, content creation, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and CTV/OTT advertising across multiple streaming channels. The primary mandate is to evaluate the current state of all digital marketing initiatives and programs, identify gaps and opportunities, and establish strategies to improve performance across all marketing channels. This role places heavy emphasis on Google-centric digital marketing (SEO, SEM, Google Ads), demand generation, and data-driven decision-making. This role brings structure, rigor, and accountability to campaign performance through robust analytics and reporting. You will manage a small team and report directly to the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Partnerships.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of evaluating, optimizing, and scaling effective digital marketing programs.
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube), Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar) with ability to execute technical and content-driven SEO strategies.
  • Experience with demand gen campaigns, CTV/OTT advertising, and programmatic media buying.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to build dashboards, interpret complex data, and translate insights into action. Comfortable with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Tableau or similar.
  • Experience managing social media, affiliate marketing, and email marketing programs at scale.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess team performance, improved processes, and raise the bar across a marketing function.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field from a regionally accredited institution required.
  • Minimum of 5 years (prefer 8+) of digital marketing experience with significant experience in Google Ads, SEM/SEO required.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience managing or leading teams required.

Nice To Haves

  • Demonstrated experience in inheriting and improving existing marketing programs and teams preferred.
  • Google Ads and/or Google Analytics certifications strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead an existing digital marketing team, including setting expectations, providing coaching, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Assess current team capabilities, workflows, and output quality; identify areas for development and implement strategies to address.
  • Work with leadership and Human Resources on departmental policies, procedures, and personnel matters in accordance with company policy.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive reporting framework across all digital channels, ensuring all key initiatives are measured against clearly defined KPI's and business outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards providing real-time visibility into campaign performance, channel ROI, acquisition cost, lifetime value, and conversion metrics.
  • Conduct regular analyses to identify what's working along with underperforming campaigns, with suggested budget reallocation or modification. Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership on a regular cadence.
  • Implement and maintain proper attribution modeling, tracking infrastructure, and tagging across all digital touchpoints to ensure data integrity and accurate ROI assessment.
  • Work closely with Patriot Mobile's internal teams to develop strategies and provide more comprehensive analysis of marketing initiatives.
  • Leverage AI where appropriate to drive efficiencies and enhance the quality of marketing campaigns.
  • Own and optimize Google Ad strategy across Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Discovery campaigns. Manage budgets, bidding, audience targeting, and reporting to maximize ROI.
  • Lead SEM strategy including keyword research, ad copy testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy, including technical audits, on-page optimization, content-driven organic growth and link building. Stay current on algorithm updates and best practices.
  • Develop and execute a geo-targeted content and backlink strategy to expand organic reach, improve local search visibility, and drive qualified traffic across key markets.
  • Plan and manage demand gen campaigns across Google and other paid platforms to drive measurable conversions.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize and scale the current CTV/OTT advertising strategy across all active streaming channels, audience targeting, and cost efficiency.
  • Assess the social media program and develop a strategy to grow and scale engagement, audience size, and content performance. Implement improvements based on data and competitive benchmarking.
  • Evaluate the affiliate marketing program's performance and growth trajectory. Optimize and expand the network.
  • Leverage paid media, SEO, and content marketing to drive traffic and visibility to affiliate channels, enabling partners to convert at higher rates and scale overall affiliate – generated revenue.
  • Implement and execute sound email marketing strategies to include assessment & preservation of list health, segmentation, automation / workflows, deliverability, and engagement. Identify opportunities to improve performance through testing and personalization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing strategies with business objectives and overall company KPI's.
  • Develop and maintain an integrated digital marketing calendar.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget with allocation driven by performance data and strategic priorities.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, CMS tools, and the marketing technology stack; recommend changes where warranted.
