About The Position

Redis is hiring a Director of Digital Marketing & AI Discovery to own how we get found, and to convert attention into users across traditional digital channels and emerging AI-driven discovery experiences. This is a hybrid digital and AI discovery leadership role. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in paid search, SEO/AEO, lifecycle, web conversion, funnel analytics and experimentation, with the technical curiosity and AI fluency to rethink how those disciplines work as discovery shifts from search engines to answer engines, LLMs and agents. This is both a strategy and operator role. You’ll set direction, build the operating rhythm, define measurement, and partner closely with web, growth, product marketing, and campaigns to drive outcomes. Redis operates at both ends of the funnel simultaneously. A developer may discover Redis through a late-night search, spin up a free instance, and start building. An enterprise architecture team is evaluating Redis for a platform decision that takes six months. Your job is to make digital work for both and to ensure two motions reinforce each other.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in digital, growth, web, performance marketing leadership in B2B tech.
  • Proven ability to drive measurable growth through SEO, paid search, web conversion, lifecycle, experimentation, and funnel optimization.
  • Practical experience using AI or automation to improve marketing workflows such as content gap analysis, search monitoring, campaign optimization, experimentation, reporting, or journey analysis.
  • Experience driving digital growth for a technical product with both self-serve and enterprise motions.
  • Clear fluency in how AI is changing search, traffic patterns, and digital strategy.
  • Strong operator with a data-driven approach to attribution, funnel analysis, and optimization.
  • Comfortable leading through influence across web, content, product marketing, brand, and demand gen.

Responsibilities

  • Lead digital discovery and conversion engine. Own the strategy for how Redis gets found in traditional search and answer engines and converts attention into users, handraisers and qualified pipeline.
  • Deploy AI-assisted workflows that help the team move faster including AEO/GEO monitoring, content gap analysis, paid search optimization, lifecycle journey analysis, experiment ideation, conversion insights and reporting.
  • Lead paid search, SEO, AEO/GEO, lifecycle, conversion rate optimization and experimentation. Use data to improve efficiency, increase qualified demand, and connect digital activity to business outcomes.
  • Partner with product marketing, content, brand, web, analytics and campaigns teams to ensure Redis’ digital experiences are measurable and easy for both humans and AI systems to understand.
  • Lead and mentor a team of two, while growing the team’s impact over time.
