We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Director who knows how to make people stop scrolling and start caring. This role requires someone who is equal parts strategist and scrappy executor, who doesn’t just follow trends but is usually early to them (including AI). The ideal candidate has tested, failed, optimized, and scaled, with metrics to show for it, and can turn a mission into a movement. They think in hooks, headlines, and conversion paths, and are as comfortable in data dashboards as in creative brainstorms.
