About The Position

The Digital Marketing Associate is responsible for driving digital marketing initiatives and supporting day-to-day campaign operations. This individual works collaboratively within the marketing team and operates under the guidance of the Digital Marketing leader. Publish and maintain content on the company’s marketing website, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Schedule and manage social media posts across platforms including X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and YouTube Monitor social media channels and track competitor activity to identify trends and opportunities. Support email and event marketing efforts using platforms such as Account Engagement (Pardot), Splash, etc. Maintain and optimize email distribution lists by reviewing inactive contacts, managing bounces, and honoring opt-out requests to support campaign performance. Edit and proofread digital content across channels to ensure quality, clarity, and brand alignment. Assist with campaign execution and reporting as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams while working under the mentorship of senior marketing leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or Communications
  • 2 plus years of relevant experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic digital marketing tools
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
