About The Position

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Digital Growth Intern for its Service & Support line of business. The intern will contribute to digital projects and help develop and implement AI strategies for the construction materials industry. The role includes supporting AI users across the organization, designing and building prototype use cases that create business value and reduce reliance on third-party systems, and maintaining AI documentation and best practices. The internship offers hands-on training and mentorship, opportunities to engage with senior leadership and participate in community initiatives, and the chance to build connections with peers. Requirements

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering, CIM, or a similar program.
A passion for continuous learning and growth, including building with evolving technology trends.
Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Curiosity about understanding the entire problem and a positive, logic-driven approach to problem-solving.
