About The Position

The Digital Growth Intern will support the development and implementation of AI strategies and digital projects at Heidelberg Materials North America. The role includes helping users across the organization adopt AI, identifying and building prototype use cases that benefit the business and reduce reliance on third-party systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining AI documentation and best practices. The internship provides hands-on training and mentorship, opportunities to engage with senior leadership and participate in community initiatives, and the chance to build connections with peers.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering, CIM, or a similar program.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Curiosity about understanding problems in their entirety and a positive, logic-driven approach to problem-solving.
• A passion for continuous learning, growth, and building with evolving technology trends.
