This role is for a Digital Content Manager based in Hamburg, Germany. Responsibilities
- Content management of the Barclays website with a focus on content optimization
- Development of possible test scenarios (A/B) and documentation and application of the learnings
- Regular check of user data in order to improve the content of the website accordingly
- Weekly release management of new components for the website including appropriate testing
- Close cooperation with the content manager for uploading data
- Direct interaction with Barclays staff from different departments - taking briefings, agreeing test scenarios, sharing test results
Requirements
- Experience in content management
- Affinity and ideally experience in analytics
- Experience in working with CMS, ideally AEM
- Enjoyment of conceptual thinking and the development of possible test constellations
- Edge to learn new things
- Careful approach to work and an eye for detail
