About The Position

Kraemer Design Group, LLC (KDG) is seeking a Digital & Brand Coordinator to support the execution and consistency of the firm’s visual brand across digital platforms, graphic communications, and proposal materials. This role is ideal for an early-to-mid-career design professional with strong current digital skills who thrives in a collaborative, design-driven environment. KDG’s creative leadership establishes design direction and brand standards. The Digital & Brand Coordinator ensures that direction is applied clearly, consistently, and effectively across websites, social media, proposals, and day-to-day communications. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. It does not involve people management or marketing strategy ownership.

  • Must be a cooperative team player ready to assist in various areas, participating in office activities and learning programs.
  • Degree or formal training in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Design, or a related field
  • Strong design fundamentals, including typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
  • Proficiency with current design tools (Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Figma is a plus)
  • Comfort working across both print and digital formats
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear, professional communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with website CMS platforms (such as WordPress, Webflow, or Squarespace)
  • Exposure to social media content creation or digital campaigns
  • Internship or early professional experience in a design studio, agency, or creative firm
  • Familiarity with proposal or presentation design

Responsibilities

  • Apply and maintain KDG’s established brand standards across all digital and graphic materials
  • Ensure consistency in typography, layout, imagery, tone, and overall visual quality
  • Maintain and organize brand assets, templates, and reference materials
  • Design and produce graphics for proposals, presentations, and firm communications
  • Support updates to the firm’s website within existing CMS platforms
  • Create branded visual content for social media and digital outreach channels
  • Assist with formatting and layout across multiple platforms and file types
  • Coordinate the visual assembly and formatting of RFP and RFQ submissions
  • Ensure brand consistency across resumes, project sheets, graphics, and layouts
  • Work with principals and project teams to integrate content smoothly and accurately
  • Maintain and refine proposal templates and boilerplate materials
  • Work closely with architects, interior designers, and firm leadership
  • Translate creative direction into polished, professional visual deliverables
  • Balance multiple requests while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality
