Brand Coordinator

QuartermasterArlington, VA

About The Position

Quartermaster AI is seeking a Brand Coordinator to own the execution of the company’s brand across all internal and external surfaces. This role sits within the Growth team and operates across leadership, engineering, and People Operations to enforce consistency, quality, and speed in all brand outputs. This is not a traditional marketing role. The Brand Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that every asset produced by the company reflects a consistent, high-standard identity—across conferences, recruiting materials, digital content, and internal deliverables. You will take direction from leadership and convert it into polished, production-ready materials without requiring detailed briefs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Marketing, Design, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in branding, communications, or design.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Figma, or InDesign.
  • Strong writing ability with clear, concise, and controlled tone.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain visual consistency and attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting events, conferences, or marketing execution preferred.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Own and enforce brand standards across all company materials.
  • Build and maintain a centralized brand asset library used by all teams.
  • Eliminate ad hoc or inconsistent design across the organization.
  • Design and produce conference and event collateral including booth graphics, one-pagers, and sponsored content.
  • Coordinate and execute branding requirements for industry events.
  • Support event readiness and on-site needs as required.
  • Own company LinkedIn presence and maintain a consistent posting cadence.
  • Write and edit recruiting, marketing, and internal communications.
  • Partner with Growth and People Operations to support hiring-related content.
  • Manage design and production of company swag including apparel and promotional items.
  • Own vendor relationships, ordering cycles, and inventory tracking.
  • Establish repeatable processes for swag planning and distribution.
  • Support leadership in developing investor, customer, and government-facing presentations.
  • Ensure all decks and proposals meet company visual and messaging standards.
  • Provide rapid, high-quality design support across teams.
  • Translate leadership input into finalized deliverables with minimal guidance.

  • Competitive salary
  • Health, dental, and vision coverage
  • 401(k) (when available)
