About The Position
WellBridge of Rochester Hills is hiring a Dietary Aide to help provide patients with an enjoyable culinary experience. The role assists with meal preparation, plating and tray assembly, meal service, and cleaning kitchen and dining areas. Dietary Aides are expected to promote hospitality and excellent customer service in interactions with patients, families, and visitors, helping foster a positive, healthy environment. The position offers 8-hour shifts, with no late nights. All shifts include rotating weekends and holidays. The posting describes the role as available full-time or part-time. Starting pay is advertised as $16.00 per hour, comprising a $15.15 starting wage plus $0.85 per hour in Hero Pay, with yearly wage increases.

Responsibilities
