About The Position

The Dietary Aide serves high-quality, nourishing meals, snacks, and beverages to residents while taking dietary preferences and restrictions into consideration. The role prepares dining areas to provide a clean, welcoming setting for meals and social gatherings, and helps maintain a sanitary, organized kitchen in compliance with safety and sanitation protocols. Requirements

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Complete ServSafe Food Handler Certification within 90 days of starting.
• Demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.
