About The Position
The Dietary Aide serves high-quality, nourishing meals, snacks, and beverages to residents while considering their dietary preferences and restrictions. The role prepares dining areas to provide a clean, welcoming setting for meals and social gatherings, and helps maintain a sanitary, organized kitchen in compliance with safety and sanitation protocols. The Dietary Aide engages with residents compassionately and helps create a warm, supportive environment that reflects love, compassion, and dignity.
Requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Complete ServSafe Food Handler Certification within 90 days of starting.
- Demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.
Responsibilities
- Serve meals, snacks, and beverages while considering residents’ dietary preferences and restrictions.
- Prepare dining areas to provide a clean and welcoming environment for meals and social gatherings.
- Help maintain a sanitary and organized kitchen and comply with safety and sanitation protocols.
