About The Position
The Dietary Aide serves nourishing meals, snacks, and beverages to residents while considering their dietary preferences and restrictions. The role prepares dining areas for clean, welcoming meals and social gatherings, and helps maintain a sanitary, organized kitchen in compliance with safety and sanitation protocols. The Dietary Aide interacts with residents compassionately, reflecting the values of love, compassion, and dignity.
Requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Complete ServSafe Food Handler Certification within 90 days of starting.
- Demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.
