About The Position
The Dietary Aide serves nourishing meals, snacks, and beverages to residents while taking their dietary preferences and restrictions into consideration. The role prepares dining areas to provide a clean, welcoming setting for meals and social gatherings, and helps maintain a sanitary, organized kitchen in compliance with safety and sanitation protocols. The Dietary Aide interacts compassionately with residents and reflects the values of love, compassion, and dignity in every interaction.
Requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Complete a ServSafe Food Handler Certification within 90 days of the start date.
- Demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.
