About The Position
The Dietary Aide serves nourishing meals, snacks, and beverages to residents while taking dietary preferences and restrictions into consideration. The role prepares dining areas to create a clean, welcoming setting for meals and social gatherings, and helps maintain a sanitary, organized kitchen in compliance with safety and sanitation protocols. The Dietary Aide interacts with residents compassionately, reflecting the values of love, compassion, and dignity.
Requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Complete ServSafe Food Handler Certification within 90 days of starting.
- Demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.
Responsibilities
- Serve high-quality meals, snacks, and beverages while considering residents’ dietary preferences and restrictions.
- Prepare dining areas and maintain a clean, welcoming environment for meals and resident social gatherings.
