Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on work experience on heavy-duty trucks.
• Experience with brakes, wheel ends, suspension, driveline, air systems, electrical, HVAC, steering, and bolt-on engine components.
• Valid driver's license.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
• Ability to take pride in work.
• Clear communication skills.
• Good time management skills.
• Physical capability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs in a busy shop environment.

Nice To Haves

• CDL is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair advanced air systems (compressors, dryers, valves), HVAC systems, and steering components.
• Replace bolt-on components such as manifolds, turbos, water pumps, fan drives, and air compressors.
• Perform Federal DOT inspections and accurate alignments using shop equipment.
• Troubleshoot starting and charging issues, including alternators, batteries, and starters.
• Service primary systems including brakes, wheel-end assemblies, drivelines, suspensions, and tires.
