About The Position

Deals or conducts the Dice table game as assigned according to the company’s established rules of play. Sells chips to players upon request, pays winning bets, and collects losing bets. Observes all action for player and house protection and advises guests on playing procedures. The role may work in dual-rated positions, functioning as a relief Casino Supervisor for an entire shift on a rotating basis, but performs only one position at a time.

Requirements

Ability to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and management in written and verbal form.
Ability to work any shift or hours.
Good math skills.
Ability to obtain or renew all government-required licenses or certifications, specifically a Nevada Gaming license.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Normal or corrected vision, ability to see color, and ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols.
Manual dexterity to operate job-related equipment.

Responsibilities

Practice, support, and promote the Company Service Standards at all times.
Understand the rules, minimum and maximum bets, payouts, and side-bet rules for the games dealt.
Deal cards to patrons during games of chance.
Check players’ bets.
Compare players’ hands with the house and determine the winner.
Announce the winner and begin a new game.
Exchange money for chips to be used in games.
Conduct other gambling games such as dice, roulette, cards, or keno.
Sell chips to players upon request, pay winning bets, and collect losing bets.
Observe game action for player and house protection and advise guests on playing procedures.
May function as a relief Casino Supervisor for an entire shift on a rotating basis when working in a dual-rated position.
